DAY 7-SPREAD THE WORD SATURDAY
I wasn’t able to post on Saturday because I wasn’t home.
1. Consumption - What did you consume today?
Water- flushed the toilet, drank some juice, and that was about it for today because I woke up so late.
Food- 1 pancake
Electricity- I charged my computer today and I’ve been watching TV for a while. There are no lights on in my house.

DAY 6- FOOD FRIDAY
1. Consumption - What did you consume today?
Water- 1 32oz nalgene, a couple of flushes, brushed my teeth, washed my hands. I took a longer shower, to my dismay, this morning. I think it was a 13-minute shower so I really went backward. My excuse is that I was tired but I want to get back to a 5-8 minute shower regularly.

DAY 5- TECH THURSDAY
1. Consumption - What did you consume today?
Water- 2 32oz nalgenes/camelbaks, glass of water at dinner, 4-MINUTE SHOWER! A couple flushes, brushed my teeth, washed my hands… I’m thinking of going with hand sanitizer/sanitizer wipes every other day to cut down on water but that could create more waste so I’m going to think about that
